FWE Is Offering 15 Grants to Women in British Columbia

Forum for Women Entrepreneurs
FWE is offering grants to 15 deserving businesswomen that will cover tuition and travel expenses to attend FWE’s four-day Entrepreneur Series program.

Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE) is a non-profit organization in Vancouver, B.C. that is dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs become successful. One of its programs, the Entrepreneur Series (E-series) is specifically designed to help female entrepreneurs in all aspects of business. The program will be held in Vancouver on April 8 to 11, 2014.

Eligible female entrepreneurs include those who want to grow their business and take it to the next level. The grants are valued at $2,500. Recipients must agree to contribute $500 of their own funds to ensure their commitment to the program.

Although all female entrepreneurs in the Vancouver area are invited to apply, FWE is particularly interested in applicants from rural communities outside of the Vancouver metro area. The grants provide businesswomen an opportunity to attend a focused four-day event that will give them valuable information and skills in the areas of business growth, staffing, marketing and public relations, and much more.
