An organization called The Girlfriend Factor is giving away Go Girl Grant awards up to $500,000 to help support higher education and vocational training for all adult women wanting to pursue a four-year degree or an occupational certification to enhance their life.
Applicants must be at least 25 years of age, must show financial need, and must be enthusiastic about a specific educational path that leads to a specific career objective.
Submit by mail. Applications are reviewed and processed in January and July. They must be received by the 15th day of the previous month (December 15th and June 15th) for consideration.
