Staff at Select GCR

It's not always easy to put up a new business and come out on top in today's competitive business world, especially for a woman-owned small business. Fortunately, an agency like Select GCR can open opportunities for businesses like that to differentiate themselves and create increased revenue streams.
Select GCR is a consulting agency that helps small- and medium-sized businesses achieve growth through government contracting. They simplify the process of registering government contracts and assist clients with SAM registration, socioeconomic status certifications, GSA applications, and more.

One of their programs is called Women-Owned Business certification which is made specifically for businesses that are at least 51% owned and controlled by a woman. It allows women-owned businesses to take advantage of government contracting opportunities designated particularly for certified businesses.

In Fiscal Year 2017, the federal government allocated around $475 billion in government contracts, with 5% spent categorically for women-owned business. That's a whopping $22.6 billion amount in potential awards!

For some, it could be hard to even think of doing business with the federal government. There's no need to worry, however, since Select GCR provides excellent service to their clients and helps them grow their business by becoming certified and qualified for government contracts.

Stephanie Marine of The Vanity Room, a fashion brand that caters to every woman's stylish and trendy needs at an affordable price, once worked with Select GCR to complete her Women-Owned Business certification.

Her testimony says, "Select GCR helped us navigate through the process of getting registered with the government to pursue contracts at the Federal, State and Local levels. Once they completed our WOSB certification, we started working with their Government Procurement Advisers. Rob Coleman assisted us with the process of pursuing government contracts, including marketing, bidding, and sub-contracting. He walked us through bid opportunities and simplified the process, allowing us to secure our very first government contract! We were excited to have early success and look forward to continuously working with Rob and the Select GCR team."
