Mentorship Program Launched for Women of Color in Entertainment and Beyond

 

 

Storyteller, screenwriter, and author Sophia Chang has introduced the Unlock Her Potential Mentorship Program. Through research, Sophia finds that very few women of color have mentors and in fact, many women don’t even think of seeking mentorship. The program's mission is to change this perception by inspiring women of color to pursue their dreams.In less than 3 days the program has attracted 100 plus mentors including Directors Charles Stone III and Jim Jarmusch to name a few. In just 1 hour Unlock Her Potential mentors could change lives for women of color just by sharing their expertise, experience, wisdom, insights, guidance, and constructive criticism to help mentees develop and advance professionally.
