Aviatra Accelerators in Covington, Kentucky, is a non-profit organization that offers three different programs tailored to meet the needs of women entrepreneurs at any stage of business development. Women entrepreneurs participating in the upcoming LAUNCH class will be eligible for up to $25,000 in low-interest loans.
One or more women-owned business will be awarded a low-interest loan. Eligible businesses include women who already own and operate a viable business and want capital to take their business to the next level. Business owners must complete the LAUNCH class to be eligible.
Already helped more than 1,000 women
Since Aviatra Accelerators began in 2010, it has educated and helped more than 1,100 women entrepreneurs and awarded more than $850,000 in loans to businesses in the regions they serve.
Don't miss the deadline
The deadline to apply for Aviatra’s Fall 2017 LAUNCH class is Aug. 25. The class will last nine weeks with classes held every Wednesday night from 6 to 9 p.m. at Aviatra Accelerators’ headquarters at 114 West Pike Street, Covington, KY.
After classes have ended, all participants will be able to present their business plans and funding needs to the Aviatra Loan Selection Committee. One or more of the participants will receive a loan.
