Women continue to struggle finding jobs at companies that will offer equal opportunities in both hiring and advancement. It helps to know before you interview with a company what your chances are of even being hired. One way to find out is by reviewing Fortune Magazine's list of the top 50 companies who hire the most women.

Rankings are based on the percentage of employees that are women. Below are the top ten:

#1 Bright Horizons Family Solutions - headquartered in Watertown, Massachusetts, has a workforce of 95 percent women, placing it #1 on the list.

#2 Build-A-Bear Workshop - headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, comes in second with a 85 percent women employee status.

#3 Children's Healthcare of Atlanta - boasts a 83 percent female work force.

#4 Meridian Health - headquartered in Wall Township, New Jersey, takes 4th place with a workforce that is 80 percent women.

#5 Southern Ohio Medical Center - headquartered in Portsmouth, Ohio, has a workforce that is 79 percent female.

#6 The Everett Clinic - in Everett, Washington, employs 78 percent women.

#7 OhioHealth - in Columbus, Ohio, employs 77 percent women.

#8 Scripps Health - headquartered in San Diego, California, this company hires 77 percent women.

#9 Atlantic Health - headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey, has a workforce that is 76 percent women.

#10 Methodist Hospital - in Houston, Texas, has a 74 percent women workforce.

Other recognizable top contenders who hire the most women include Mayo Clinic, Aflac, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Edward Jones, Capital One, Novo Nordisk, SVB Financial Group, and Hasbro. All of these companies have workforces that are 50 percent or more women.
