Aqua Foundation for Women's Grants Program

Aqua Foundation for Women
Women-owned non-profit organizations serving the needs of lesbians, bisexuals, and transgenders in South Florida may apply for grant money from the Aqua Foundation. The Aqua Foundation for Women's Grants Program offers grants up to $20,000 for organizations working for various causes serving the needs of the LBT community.

Eligible organizations are those who provide health services, teach leadership skills, or offer counseling on personal finance and business. Interested applicants must first submit a letter of intent application that describes the organization's structure, goals and objectives. If the project meets funding priorities, organizations may be invited to apply for a grant.

Eligible businesses may apply once every 12 months up to three years for a grant. Organizations cannot be political, social, religious or government, or private foundations. Businesses must also provide services that benefit people in South Florida.

Aqua Foundation is located in Miami, Florida. In addition to grants, the organization gives scholarships for students attending college in South Florida, and supports events that help South Florida communities.
